These terms govern your use of Tester Pilot and its services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tester Pilot provides closed testing for Android apps. We assign verified testers who install and use your app on real devices to help you meet Google Play's 12-tester, 14-day requirement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account and placing an order.
• Provide a valid Play Console invite link for the app you want tested.
• Ensure you have the right to test and distribute the app you submit.

Payments

Plans are one-time payments plus a service fee at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. All prices are shown before checkout.

Our guarantee

If your app is not approved after our testing, you may choose a free retest or a full refund in line with our refund policy.

Limitation of liability

We run closed tests with real people on real devices and work to a high standard, but we cannot guarantee that Google will approve any given app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
